30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Asopy. If you're not, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also available for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • New or slightly used (for non-defective returns)
  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition that you received them
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email us at support@asopy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a free return shipping label to download and print (PDF), along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Send by Mail: All returns must be sent by mail using the label provided. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Fees, Labels & Processing

  • Return Shipping: Download and print return shipping label: Free
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees
  • Return Method: Returns accepted by mail only
  • Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details.
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange, your replacement will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
