30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Asopy. If you're not, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, as long as you contact support@asopy.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. We will provide the return address by email and a free downloadable shipping label once your request is approved.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- New or slightly used (for non-defective returns)
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at support@asopy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a free return shipping label to download and print (PDF), along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Send by Mail: All returns must be sent by mail using the label provided.
Fees, Labels & Processing
- Return Shipping: Download and print return shipping label: Free
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees
- Return Method: Returns accepted by mail only
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange, your replacement will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.
- Refund Notification: We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
- Please remember, it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
